The Representative of University of Portsmouth Visited to GUCIBT
25th June, David Ndzi, faculty of Technology International Co-ordinator, visited CIBT International Education College and School of Computer Science and Educational Software. The Vice President of School of Computer，Zhang Yuanping, and the CIBT Executive Dean, Kenrick Xu welcomed him warmly.
David Ndzi expressed he intended to have further discussion about the International Program for undergraduate students, especially in courses articulation. Doctor Zhang, after briefly introduction of major courses arrangement and credit authentication, gave his suggestion towards the articulation problem and pointed out his wish to have further cooperation with Portsmouth in other area.

It is the first time for Guangzhou University to establish International Classes of Computer Science and Business Administration with 5 universities aboard- California State University( East Bay), University of Essex, University of Portsmouth, Thompson Rivers University, La Trobe University. Students enrolled by Guangzhou University with the student identity according to the enrollment plan of higher education given by the Chinese government (in-quota System) will, after successfully completing the first three semesters’ of higher education in Guangzhou University, be admitted to Portsmouth, having met Portsmouth’s entry requirements for admission, for two years of full-time study, and back to Guangzhou University for the last half year study.
