Global Learning Network

In order to promote the development of international relations in Guangzhou and provide high efficiency and low cost international resources, CIBT International College established Guangzhou Global Learning Network in cooperation with CIBT Education Group Inc. The Global Learning Network (GLN) is a new type of distance education system, developed by CIBT Education Group Inc., which makes use of the most advanced two-way interactive video conferencing technology and high-speed Internet connections to provide students in Asia with education programs only available in North America. Global Learning Network of CIBT International College provides domestic universities and students with a distance education platform for communicating in real-time with teachers in North America.

Global Learning Network Technology

Only native English-speaking teachers from North America are employed in Vancouver, Canada and Guangzhou by GLN to teach English-related courses such as the English as a Second Language Training Course (ESL) and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

Students are assigned a local teacher to assist in the teaching of all GLN courses, so that the face-to-face teaching format to which domestic students are accustomed is retained.

All of the real-time video course lectures are available to students online so that students can access them at any time for after-class review and self-study.

Advantages such as low costs, quick installation result in GLN delivering high quality Western Education courses quickly and efficiently.
